In Kiev the night of December 18 unknown cast into the church of St. Nicholas at Askold grave two “Molotov cocktails”. This was reported in the press service of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church (UGCC).

As rector of the Games Onyshkevych, about 1:30 bodyguard church noticed an unknown figure who walked along the alley toward the house. According to the guard, it was the 16-17-year-old boy of average height who came to the door of the church and threw into two “Molotov cocktails”.

Managed to extinguish the fire, the church building is not damaged. The press service of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church also noted that it is not the first case of vandalism in the church of St. Nicholas.
