Netherlands will be issued special Visa startup founders with countries outside the EU

From 1 January next year in the Netherlands is changing immigration laws. Founders of startups from countries outside the EU will issue special visas. The text of the document was published last week and has already entered into force.

“We now have one of the most hospitable procedures for international innovative entrepreneurs” – the director of the Dutch immigration center David Van Traa.

Startup Visa may be issued to the founders of innovative companies and only a year. Evaluate the “innovation” startup will RVO (Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland – a local authority that deals entrepreneurs). Therefore, projects better get support from some well-known incubator (Startupbootcamp, Rockstart, Utrecht Inc, Yes Delft or ACE Venture Lab). Well, if a startup has already managed to raise seed-round, to be able to provide for themselves (in Dutch founders of startups pay on average about 1800 euros).

Recall that in 2013, several countries announced their intention to enter the startup visa (among them – Canada and Israel).
