In Ukraine there is a need for the next wave of partial mobilization.

“Mobilizing needed to be changed because the guys who are already half a year on the front. It is necessary, but it should be done, given the mistakes that were made to it, “- said the Minister of Defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak today Chuhuyiv Kharkiv region.

Which mistakes were made earlier, the defense minister did not elaborate but said that after correcting Ukraine President will decide on partial mobilization. Poltorak also noted that a general mobilization too early.

In addition, the defense minister said the need for introduction in Ukraine of a mixed system of the Armed Forces, ie, formation of an army conscript-based military and contract service.

“The time when we were not ready for war or when we were poorly prepared, is” – said Poltorak.

Earlier President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said he saw no need for a fourth wave of mobilization.
